5-Day Rajasthan Round Trip Cab Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Jaipur - Light City Sightseeing
Upon arrival at Jaipur Airport/Railway Station, meet your driver and transfer to the hotel. After check-in and some time to relax, proceed for a light Jaipur city sightseeing tour. Visit the City Palace, followed by a photo stop at the iconic Hawa Mahal and a visit to Jantar Mantar. Before You Book
Policy & Terms
1. Booking Policy
- All tour packages are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- To confirm your booking, a minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required.
- The balance payment must be completed before the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Bookings can be made online through our website or via WhatsApp/email confirmation.
2. Inclusions & Exclusions
Inclusions:
- Cab rental charges as per itinerary (including driver allowance).
- Toll, parking, and state tax (if mentioned in the package).
- Sightseeing and travel as per the confirmed itinerary.
Exclusions:
- Entry fees at monuments, temples, or sightseeing places.
- Meals, accommodation, or personal expenses (unless specified).
- Extra kilometers or extra hours beyond the itinerary limit (will be charged additionally).
3. Travel Timing Policy
- Each tour package includes a specific travel duration and timing
- Guests must adhere to the agreed itinerary and return timing.
- If the cab is retained beyond the scheduled time or exceeds the package kilometer limit, additional charges will apply as per the company’s rate chart.
- Night driving after 10:00 PM will attract an additional driver allowance.
4. Cancellation Policy
- 7 days or more before travel date: 90% refund of advance amount.
- 3–6 days before travel date: 50% refund of advance amount.
- Less than 3 days or same-day cancellation: No refund.
- No refund will be provided for partially used tours or unused services.
5. Refund Policy
- All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.
- In case of cancellation due to unavoidable reasons (natural calamity, government restrictions, etc.), RoundTripCab will offer a reschedule option or credit note.
6. Cab & Driver Policy
- All cabs are sanitized and checked before departure.
- Drivers are experienced, courteous, and familiar with local routes.
- Night driving (after 10:00 PM) is not permitted unless agreed prior.
- Any change in route or extended trip must be informed and approved in advance.
7. Customer Responsibility
- Guests must verify itinerary details before confirming the booking.
- RoundTripCab is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions.
- Customers are advised to carry valid ID proofs during the journey.
- Customers are expected to respect time schedules; delays may lead to additional waiting or overtime charges.
8. Liability
- RoundTripCab acts only as a service facilitator for cab rentals and does not own hotels or sightseeing spots.
- We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
9. Modification or Rescheduling
- Requests to change travel dates or routes will be subject to availability and price differences.
- Any modifications must be requested at least 48 hours before the journey.
